無症狀中年人 健檢雙眼視神經盤凹陷達到70%以上

第一年我請他去進一步 光學眼底斷層掃描

凹陷大、杯盤比大 未必是青光眼 卻也算是高風險 應該接受OCT檢查

但是 病人拒絕了這個建議

經過一年以後

他決定接受OCT光學眼底斷層掃描

還好並沒有視神經纖維的缺損

.

如果沒有OCT 我將會認為他有青光眼 也就是錯誤的判斷了

.
